Instructions
- In large skillet, add onion and butter over medium heat. Sauté onion for 20 minutes, deglazing with sake occasionally. Add minced garlic, sugar, tamari, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir occasionally for an additional 20 minutes or until very soft and caramelized.
- In a bowl or standing mixer, stir together warm onion mixture, sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Top with parsley and dip in with your favorite Lundberg Family Farms Rice Cake Minis. Enjoy!
