Instructions
- Add 1 cup of Lundberg Organic Wild Blend Rice and 1 ¾ cups of water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and transfer to a baking sheet or large bowl. Place in freezer for 15 minutes. Or skip this step and use day-old rice instead.
- In a separate pan, sauté vegetables and garlic in butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve.
