  1. Add 1 cup of Lundberg Family Farms Organic Wild Blend Rice and 1 ¾ cups of water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat (with lid on) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
  2. Drain can of cannellini beans, measure 1 cup, and add on top of rice. Cut cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise and add to the bean layer. Slice jalapeno and add to the same layer.
  3. Slice green onion and add to next layer with cilantro leaves.
  4. Drizzle with avocado ranch and garnish with radish. Enjoy!
