Instructions
- In a small saucepan on low heat, add almond butter and brown rice syrup. Mix until thoroughly combined. Set aside to cool.
- In a food processor, combine almonds and dates. Pulse until finely ground.
- In a large bowl, crumble rice cakes. Add almonds, dates, hemp seeds, and cocoa powder. Coat with the heated almond butter mixture.
- Mix the ingredients until fully incorporated. Spoon golf ball-sized amounts of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until bowl is empty. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
