  1. In a small saucepan on low heat, add peanut butter and brown rice syrup. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. In a large bowl, crumble rice cakes and add almonds. Coat with the heated peanut butter mixture.
  3. Mix the ingredients and slowly add protein powder until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball, repeat until bowl is empty. Roll each ball in shredded coconut.
